Work with us! Toy Library Coordinator – Role Vacancy

Seeking a part-time job with purpose, fun and great community connections? Grovedale Toy Library is looking for a new coordinator to keep this vital community hub vibrant and valuable for local families.

Grovedale Toy Library is a not-for-profit community organisation that has been lending toys to local families for more than 35 years. Families pay an annual membership fee to access thousands of toys for children 0-8 years old.

The coordinator is a central role within the toy library, managing a weekly open borrowing session and acting as the link between members and the committee of management. We are seeking a coordinator who will work with the committee as the reliable and friendly ‘face’ of the toy library, forming strong relationships with the committee and members to ensure the toy library remains a positive and high-quality community service for families.

The successful applicant will have strong communication, organisational and personal skills, as well as the ability to work well independently.

Commencement date for the role is flexible, preferably early in Term 4 2023.
